We were assigned the task of replacing the deteriorating ramp leading to the modular building with a corrosion-resistant system capable of enduring various weather conditions. Additionally, we upgraded the current steep steps with a fully modular step system.

Our steel modular systems are fully galvanised to guarantee strong rust protection.

Galvanising involves applying a protective zinc coating, serving as a shield against moisture or oxygen. Moreover, all components (excluding the platforms and ramp legs) undergo powder coating, ensuring a resilient finish that excels in durability compared to conventional paint.

During the site survey, a lidar scanner was used to photograph and digitally map the entire area, encompassing the building, various ground levels, and any obstacles. This technology allows us to conduct site surveys swiftly, even under tight time constraints.

Once the data was collected, our in-house drawing team was able to generate a 3D representation of the ramp on top of an accurate depiction of the real location.

Following the removal of the previous systems and the completion of enabling works, a fully compliant Rapid Ramp with a step unit was installed.

The new step system replaced its steep predecessor, offering a gradual incline up the bank and seamlessly connecting with the ramp.

• 1100mm High Rail - these handrails attach to any level sections.
• Standard Colour: Black - Our ramps boast a powder-coated black finish, ensuring durability beyond typical paint.
• Adjustable Telescopic Legs - These can be adapted to suit various threshold heights.

EXTRA FEATURES INCLUDED:

• Fully Compliant Step Unit - The perfect companion to any ramp setup, delivering the necessary access for able-bodied users. They can also function as standalone units, operating independently of the Rapid Ramp System.
• Solid Hoarding - This skirt is purposefully designed to deter unauthorised access to the underside of the ramp, making it a frequent choice for schools and other public buildings.
