Cost-Effective – Rapid Ramp Systems are NOT one-use products; they can be reused, relocated, and reconfigured to altering site changes. 

Many traditional materials for ramp construction are costly one-use systems such as concrete or wood. Once no longer needed, the materials are broken down and scrapped. Wood also requires consistent maintenance to prevent warping, rot, splintering, and cracking. 

Safety – Rapid Ramps are constructed from fire-resistant steel. On the other hand, wood will burn if exposed to fire. 

Wet weather conditions can affect wood and concrete ramps; puddles can form on the surfaces, causing slipping hazards. On the other hand, Rapid Ramps have a diamond-shaped perforated mesh surface to allow water to drain through rather than puddle, freeze, or become slippery.

Standards & Quality – Rapid Ramp products fully comply with British standards and Documents M and K of the Building Regulations. 

Regarding testing, the platforms have passed a weight loading test and continue to have a safe loading capacity of 1,000kgs.
